Payments are held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery. After successful delivery, funds remain on hold for up to 48 hours. If no dispute is opened by the buyer within that timeframe, payment is automatically released to you.

To withdraw your funds, please provide your valid bank account or e‑wallet details in your seller dashboard. We securely transfer payments to the account you specify, after funds are released from escrow.

If a buyer raises a dispute on your order, our support team will carefully review the case to ensure fairness for both parties. Here’s how the process works:

  1. Notification: You will be notified immediately when a dispute is opened.

  2. Evidence Submission: You’ll have the opportunity to provide proof of shipment, order details, and any communication with the buyer.

  3. Investigation: Our team will review the evidence from both sides. We may request additional information if needed.

  4. Resolution: A fair decision will be made based on the platform’s policies. If the dispute is resolved in your favor, you’ll keep the payment. If resolved in the buyer’s favor, the order amount may be refunded to them.

Yes. Buyers cannot see your financial or personal details. Only the necessary shipping details (such as a return address) are visible, and you may use a discreet sender address.

Your personal contact details are kept private, and any attempt to communicate with buyers outside the marketplace is strictly prohibited.
